Our pasture-raised Ribeye Roasts are known for their beautiful marbling, rich beef flavor, and incredible tenderness. Whether you're planning a holiday dinner, a special family gathering, or simply want to stock your freezer with premium farm-raised beef, a ribeye roast makes an excellent choice.

Raised on open pastures and carefully finished on our family farm, our cattle are raised without antibiotics or added hormones.

Since these roasts are available by reservation before processing, you get to choose exactly how you'd like yours prepared: boneless or bone-in!

• Reservation Fee: $45, credited toward your final purchase.
• Boneless Price: $24.99 per pound.
• Bone-In Price: $22.99 per pound, including bone weight.

How Your Reservation Works

1. Choose Your Preferred Cut

   Select either Boneless or Bone-In from the product options.

2. Reserve Your Roast

   Pay the $45 reservation fee to secure your ribeye roast from our upcoming beef processing.

3. We Process Your Beef

   Your roast will be prepared according to your selected option. Because every animal is different, the exact packaged weight may vary.

4. Pay the Remaining Balance

   Once processing is complete, we'll weigh your roast and calculate the final price using the actual packaged weight and your selected variant's price per pound.

   Your $45 reservation fee will be deducted from the total, and we'll send you an invoice for the remaining balance.

5. Receive Your Ribeye Roast

   Once the remaining balance is paid, your roast will be prepared for delivery, estimated for mid-November.

You only pay for the actual packaged weight you receive!
