Hoffmann Farms is a family farm in Wolfe City, Texas, raising pasture-raised chicken, pork, and beef for families who want a more direct connection to their food.
We are Jens and Becka Hoffmann, and together with our family, we are building Hoffmann Farms around one simple belief:
You should know where your meat comes from and who raised it.
That is why we raise our own animals and sell directly to our customers. We are not just a meat brand, a reseller, or a distribution company. We are the farm doing the daily work behind the food we sell.

Why We Started Hoffmann Farms
We started Hoffmann Farms because we wanted something different from the normal food system.
For many families, buying meat has become disconnected. You see a package, a label, and maybe a few marketing words — but you often do not know the farm, the people, or the real story behind the product.
We wanted to help change that.
Our goal is to give families a more honest way to buy meat. A way where you can know the farm, trust the source, and feel confident about what you are feeding your family.
That is what we are working to build every day.
Why We Raise Our Own Animals
There are easier ways to build a meat business.
A company can focus on marketing, packaging, sales, and distribution while sourcing meat from other farms or suppliers. From a business perspective, that can be easier to scale.
But we chose a different path.
We believe the best thing for the customer is to buy meat from the farm that actually raised the animals.
That makes our business harder, but it gives you more transparency and accountability. We are responsible for the care of the animals, the quality of the product, and the experience our customers have when they order from us.
For us, that matters.
We want to be proud of the meat we sell because we know the work that went into raising it.
