However, if we make an error with your order, rest assured that we will do everything in our power to make it right. Your trust in our products and services is essential to us, and we are committed to ensuring your experience with Hoffmann Farms is a positive one. Please reach out with us immediately and include photos of your order and its packaging.
Additionally, there are no refunds on deposits, reservations or pre-sale items. If you request a refund or cancel an order, despite agreeing to our store’s policy, we may choose to issue a full or partial store credit at our discretion or accommodate your refund request on a case by case basis minus a 15% restocking fee.
