Depending on transit time, your order may arrive partially frozen. If your order arrives slightly thawed but still cold to the touch, it is safe to place in your refrigerator or freezer. We only do small batches which means your meat is very fresh. Additionally, your meat is vacuum-sealed to limit exposure to oxygen, which means it can be stored without risk of freezer burn or spoilage, even if it has slightly thawed during delivery.

Yes, we do feed soy to our chickens. While soy is a component of their diet, the main sources of nutrition for our pasture-raised chickens come from eating bugs, grass, legumes, and cover crops. It's important to note that the consumption of chicken meat from birds that have been partially fed soy typically does not affect individuals with soy allergies, as the proteins are broken down during digestion.
