Free Delivery Option Available
Local Delivery Area (Dallas & Surrounding Counties): Orders of $145 or more qualify for free delivery through our weekly delivery service. Delivery is made directly by us, and we will contact you with your exact delivery day each week.
Monthly Local Delivery Area (Fort Worth, Arlington, Grand Prairie & Irving): Orders of $99 or more qualify for delivery once per month. Orders between $100–$200 have a $12.50 delivery fee, and orders over $200 qualify for free delivery. Delivery is made directly by us, and we will contact you with your exact delivery date. (Fort Worth delivery available in select areas.)
Rest of Texas: UPS rates apply. Orders over $199 will see a discounted shipping option at checkout: Cold Packaging Protection, including extra dry ice for safe, frozen delivery.
Outside of Texas: No free shipping available at this time. UPS rates apply.
Welcome to Hoffmann Farms. Our Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment and delivery of our products. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday (excluding holidays) with an estimated delivery date within 1–2 days. Orders received on or after Tuesday will ship out the following week. We cannot guarantee your order ships out on a specific day or the same week but will try our best to process orders as quickly as possible depending on volume and product availability.
1. Shipping Options
Hoffmann Farms offers shipping within the United States. Our shipping options include standard ground shipping and is displayed during checkout.
2. Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship your order promptly. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and product availability. We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates. Shipping times are not guaranteed and we will do our best to get orders shipped out quickly.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Additional processing time will apply to holidays and busy seasons. Processing time may vary based on product availability and order volume.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. These costs will be displayed at checkout, and you have the opportunity to review them before finalizing your purchase.
5. Delivery
Our standard delivery method is to your doorstep. In the event that you are not available to receive the package, it may be left at your address or require pickup from a local distribution center, depending on the courier's policies.
6. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please put us in your primary mailbox and add us to your safe sender list to ensure you receive these emails.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Hoffmann Farms ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico or PO Boxes. We do not currently offer international shipping. Additionally, some remote or restricted areas may have limited shipping options.
8. Delays and Issues
While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances and events beyond our control may cause shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays related to weather conditions, courier issues, or other events.
9. Order Changes
We cannot make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
10. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier. We require pictures of damage in order to file a claim with our shipping courier.
