Fill your freezer with a variety of delicious, nutrient-dense cuts from our pasture-raised cattle. Our 1/8 Beef Package is the perfect size for individuals or small families who want the benefits of bulk buying without needing a large freezer. (Freezer space needed: approx. 2–3 cubic feet)

You’ll receive approximately 40 - 45 lbs of finished meat, thoughtfully packed and labeled, including:

~20 lbs Ground Beef (1 lb packs)

Premium Steaks: Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin, Filet Mignon

• 2 Filet Mignon Steak 
• 2 Ribeye Steak
• 2 NY Strip Steak
• 2 Sirloin Steak
• 8 Round Steak or Loin Tip Steak - Tenderized
• 1 Package of Flat Iron or Skirt Steak

Tender Roasts: Chuck, Arm, Rump or Sirloin Tip

• 2 Chuck Roasts
• 1 Package of Short Ribs
• 1 Arm or Rump Roast
