1/8 Beef Package – Pasture-Raised, Premium Quality

Fill your freezer with a variety of delicious, nutrient-dense cuts from our pasture-raised cattle. Our 1/8 Beef Package is the perfect size for individuals or small families who want the benefits of bulk buying without needing a large freezer. (Freezer space needed: approx. 2–3 cubic feet)

You’ll receive approximately 45 - 50 lbs of finished meat, thoughtfully packed and labeled, including:

~15 lbs Ground Beef (1 lb packs)

Premium Steaks: Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin, Filet Mignon

• 1 T-Bone Steak or 2 Filet
• 2 Ribeye Steaks
• 2 NY Strip Steaks
• 2 Sirloin Steaks
• 8 Round Steaks or Loin Tip Steaks - Tenderized
• 1 Package of Flat Iron or Skirt Steak or Tri-tip

Tender Roasts: Chuck, Arm, Rump or Short Ribs
