Pricing:
- Whole Pig: $3.75/lb hanging weight (approximately 215 pounds)
- Half Pig: $3.95/lb hanging weight (approximately 110 pounds)
- Processing fees are additional and paid directly to the processor (estimated at $300–$450 for whole pig depending on your customizations).

How It Works:
- Reserve Your Order: Secure your pig with a non-refundable deposit.
- Custom Cut Sheet: We’ll assist you in selecting your favorite cuts and portions.
- Processing: Your pig will be custom-processed by our trusted butcher to your specifications.
- Payment: Once your pig is processed, we will send you the remaining invoice for your custom processed pig.
- Pick-Up/Delivery: Once your order is ready for pickup, pay your butcher processing fee and arrange for pick-up or delivery

- Next availability is June 2025—reserve your pig early to secure your spot!
- Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel after placing your deposit, it cannot be refunded.
- Processing fees are paid directly to the processor and are not included in the per-pound price.
- We only work with small processors with strict USDA regulations. We will work with you every step of the process, however once your pig goes to the processor we cannot be held liable for any mistakes that may occur during processing
- Product is only for Dallas Fort Worth - Texas residents. Contact us if you’re outside of the DFW area
How Much Meat Will I Get?
🐷 Whole Hog (~210 lbs hanging weight) → Yields about 130–160 lbs of packaged meat
🐷 Half Hog (~105 lbs hanging weight) → Yields about 65–80 lbs of packaged meat
💡 Hanging weight is different from the final packaged weight because moisture loss and trimming occur during processing. Expect to receive about 65-75% of the hanging weight in finished cuts.
How Much Freezer Space Do I Need?
📦 Whole Hog: About 6–7 cubic feet of freezer space.
📦 Half Hog: About 3–4 cubic feet of freezer space.
(A standard top-freezer fridge holds about 4 cubic feet in the freezer section.)
